Terminating a card permanently deactivates it. This cannot be undone — the card cannot be reactivated after termination. Only do this when you are certain the card is no longer needed, such as when an employee leaves the company or a card is confirmed lost or stolen.
Admin only. Only Admins can terminate cards. This is done from the Admin Dashboard.
Before You Terminate
Read these important points before proceeding:
- Card balance will be automatically returned to your company's master account upon termination
- If the card balance exceeds RM 10,000, you must do a clawback first before terminating
- A frozen card cannot be terminated — you must reactivate it first, then terminate
Steps to Terminate a Card
Step 1: Go to Cards
Log in to your Admin Dashboard and click Cards in the left sidebar.
Step 2: Select the card
Click on the card you want to terminate.
Step 3: Click Terminate
In the card detail panel, click Terminate Card. You will be asked to confirm — read the confirmation carefully before proceeding.
Step 4: Confirm termination
Confirm the action. The card is now permanently deactivated and any remaining balance has been returned to your master account.

Is termination permanent?
Yes. A terminated card cannot be reactivated. If you only need to temporarily block a card, use Freeze instead. Learn how to freeze a card →

The remaining balance is automatically transferred back to your company's master account. No funds are lost.
What if my card balance is over RM 10,000?
