Common Questions
Can I use my Swipey card overseas?
Yes — Swipey cards are accepted internationally wherever VISA (Virtual and Travel cards) or Mastercard (Corporate card) is accepted. An ISA fee applies for foreign currency transactions. See fees →
A merchant rejected my prepaid card — what can I do?
Some merchants (like Google, Xero, Azure, OpenAI and others listed above) don't accept prepaid cards. Use your Corporate card instead — it's a Charge card and is accepted at these merchants.
Why is my card being declined at a specific merchant?
A few possible reasons — the merchant doesn't accept prepaid cards (try your Corporate card), your card balance is insufficient, or a Spend Customisation restriction is blocking that merchant category.
Can I use my Swipey card for ATM withdrawals?
Only if your Admin has enabled the ATM Withdrawal category under Spend Customisation. It is disabled by default.
